I can't believe I hadn't thought of reviewing Jeff's back catalogue before now but the gut-wrenching news of today has prompted me to do so. I've seen Jeff live 5 or 6 times now and he is a phenomenal singer, guitarist & song-writer. This, his second studio album, is a real treat. Perfectly paced, the album blasts open with the powerful 'Full Circle' before Jeff slows things down a little with the Mark Knopfler penned 'I Think I Love You Too Much'. Featuring some unbelievably tasteful playing, this track is a definite highlight. 'I Can't Get My Hands On You' sees the tempo lifted once again before a track which I believe to be Healey's most heartfelt ballad; 'How Long Can A Man Be Strong'. Other highlights include the rocking title track, a cover of 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' which would surely get the thumbs up from George Harrison and 'Something To Hold On To' but, to be honest, there isn't a duff track on this album.
