A gem of a cd showcasing snakes earlier material when the blues and melodies oozed out classy riffs with interwoven gravelled vocals from DC providing the total rock package.
This is a collection of their best material upto 84 slide it in years. The 1987 album may have been the bands peak but the demise in after that was rapid as rock music changed leaving snake like many others stranded with a style that had no home and their transition into it was forgetful . The rise to 1987 was a gradual and very enjoyable journey and this album is a showcase of what the snake did and did vey well before the hair/teeth/botox and continually changing line ups got in the way.
Just effortlessly flows - stills as good today as back then -Classic stuff - bargain.
