Taylor Swift is the most amazing, genuine, talented artist to come out of America in a very long time. Her songs are awe enspiring. I listen to er cd all the time and it never gets old. The words to her songs are truths which everyone who's ever been a teenager can relate to. She uses a unique mix of country folk music and modern rock to create her own, up to date, exciting sound. You should definately listen to her, she'll brighten up your life.

As a huge fan of country music, I am always disappointed at the prices of CDs here in the UK. It' been a long time, but finally Taylor Swift's sensationally debut album is at a semi-reasonable price for British fans!
I would most definatly recommend this album, not only to country music fans, but also to fans of pop and even rock music. Taylor is kicking up a storm in the States, the youngest ever country star to write or cowrite EVERY track on their album and shes currently holding both the #1 and #2 spots on the Country Billboard Charts (the last time that happened was 1997, LeAnn Rimes..)
But yes, buy this. You will love it.
And all I can say, is I sure hope Play.com gets her second album (released November 11th) at a good price :)

Taylor Swift is having huge sucess in country right now with this debut no.1 album which has gone x3 Platinum-and it's easy to see why.She's a very talented girl,having co-wrote all the songs and she plays acoustic guitar.
It includes her big hits Tim McGraw(love that fiddle solo)Teardrops On My Guitar,Our Song,Picture To Burn and You Should've Said No(her great kiss off song) which are all fantastic songs.There's also the lovely Stay Beautiful and the smart Tied Together With A Smile(about self worth)
She's very mature for her age(18) but she still writes songs that teens will relate to.You will also enjoy this album even if you aren't a teenager.
It's perfectly produced Pop/Country at its best.Taylor's going to go a long way in country music.You can't go wrong with this cd...
