I was unfortunate enough to land an advance copy of this poor album.

If ever there was proof that linkin park are finished then this piece of work is it, there is only 1 decent song on it and thats burn it down. Listen to that on youtube and save your money,

The tracks are all so forgetabble and boring they all merge into one bad memory. Linkin park are done, after the last 2 boring albums this was their last chance to redeem themselves and they have blown it.

This album is nothing special just feels like a rehash of a thousand suns

This album is in my opinion one of their best, I love the first two albums like everyone and liked parts of their last two, but this combines the best of all of them. I would highly recommend it, feels like LP have gone full circle and created the music they have been striving for since Meteora fantastic piece of work!

Being a massive Linkin Park fan I had very high expectations, recently they have gone off track, although still brilliant, therefore this album was make or brake in terms whether they keep their older fans as well as make new fans. This album has a whole range of sounds from all of their 4 previous albums and this make the album so unique and fresh. Most people's question will be does it sound like Meteora and Hybrid Theory? My answer would be no, however that doesn't mean it's not worth listening to. The composition and harmony of the songs and the screaming in others really does combine well. There are no interludes either so all tracks are actually songs, minus tinfoil being an instrumental.. oh and Brad makes vocal debut...
My negative's are Victimized could of been longer (as it is only 1:51 and an epic song)... Chester could shout a little bit more (who doesn't ;ove Chester screaming?).. and skin to bone is not to my taste and doesn't seem like a linkin Park song (not to say it isn't to anyone else's taste) If you're a Linkin Park fan, buy it now!!! if you're are new to the band I still very much recommend it as the variety is amazing. 5 STARS.
