 The Ultimate funk rock album

From a band who started off a bit dodgy on the first album, hit the mark head on with the second, paniced a bit and over produced like there was no tommorrow on the third, you didn't see this coming!! This album is perfect, the production is minimal, beautiful, the songs are the strongest yet, the performances are beyond compare (as usual) It's strange that Drummer Paul Geary left about a third of the way through only to be replaced by the incredable Mike Mangini, it's very difficult to hear the differance. This is the grooviest, rockinest, most soulfull album for the last 15 years, they can't even surpass it!

 Genius: That's The Punchline!

Minimal production, a great live 'one take' feel.
Powerful songs that hit hard and stay long after.
Perfect production that lets the music do its thing.
Can't praise this album highly enough: it's what rock music is truly about - great songs, melodies that stick, musicianship that doesn't get in the way but expresses the music and adds to the punch.
Compared to this, 90% of rock music sounds weak and turgid.
Please buy this album. Give it a listen. Give your ears a treat!
