The songs are fantastic and the drumming, guitars are awesome. In my opinion one of the best metal albums ever. . .up there with Entombed's Clandestine, Carcass's 'Necroticism'. . .a glimpse of what Carcass could have sounded like had they not broken up. . .buy this album now!

This is Arch Enemy's first album with vocalist Angela Gossow, and boy, doesn't she do a good job!

Stand out tracks for me are- Enemy Within, Burning Angel, Ravenous, Savage Messiah, Dead Bury Their Dead and Web of Lies.

Full of solos by Metal Gods Michael & Christopher Amott.

Track 13 is a video of Ravenous.

From track 14, it's a seperate disk with Rare & Unreleased material, all featuring ex- vocalist Johan Liiva.
This includes covers of Judas Priest's 'Starbreaker' and Iron Maiden's 'Ace's High'
Michael Amott has written a piece about each track.

Already a Metal Classic, this is a must buy for any Metal Fan!
