I have listened to this album hundreds of times and I cannot get enough of it. After seeing them live in November in the Albert hall I fell in love with the music more.

If you have never heard Cinematic Orchestra then buy this album I swear you will not regret it.

This really suprised me, as the other reviewists said it's different from their other albums but do you know what, with this the band will not only keep the fan base they've already got but will capture a whole new audience. In places the music is almost haunting, in others it's like Moby, the piano edge stuff, I will be playing this lots and lots!

This band are truly amazing, this album is has more mellow fell to it but its just so beautiful even if you like their older more complex stuff you'll still like this if not love it. Just immense.

Managed to get an early copy of this album, yes its pretty different for this act but after a couple of listens i think CInematic Orchestra are once again my favourite band. Goes far beyond the nu-jazz/soundtrack/big chill world which was the birthing of this music, and whilst thats a shock on first listen you soon realise its straddling new worlds effortlessey with the folk guitar styles and an amazing new singer songwriter called patrick Watson on board. Basically to me it sounds like a vintage album, one that could prove to be their most far reaching yet, once people get their heads out of trip hop years, TCO have evolved and are a growing thing. Best tracks are Breathe (with a frail Fontella Bass) and Music Box.
