Been wating for this album for ages and it does not disappoint! Mark Tremonti has outdone himself here. Not only are the guitars immense but his vocal aren't bad either! Heavy but melodic. Sung, not screamed. Just how good music should be. Rock on!!!
For anyone who likes metal or hard rock this album is for you. If you're an Alter Bridge or Creed fan this is a lot heavier, but I definitely recommend it! It has unbelievable guitar and great vocals from the Tremonster! This is in my opinion the best album of 2012, Mark Tremonti exceeded my expectations by far, and they couldn't have been higher! Just buy the album, you won't be disappointed!
The title says it all. Truely a great first album from this newly formed band/project.
So this is the 8th Studio Album Mark has done over his career and he's come a long way.
This sound is darker, grittier , and heavier but still holds alot of the arena chorus's of past efforts.
The sound of the CD is LOUD and FAT much in the way Metallica's Death Magnetic was brick-walled before it went to mastering.
If your a fan of HArd Rock or like you Metal with Melody you won't be disappointed.
One of the finest Guitar players of our generation and he's on form.
To think this CD came about from offcuts from Marks other bands.....
