I took delivery of this CD yesterday and play it twice last night. As always Rod Stewart sounds fantasic, this is be far my favourite christmas cd (can't wait to see hime in Belfast next June). This would make a great stocking filler for any Rod Stewart fan. Well done Rod!
I've been a fan of Rod from the beginning (before 'Maggie May').I have every album and CD and I love the rock albums and I am not a great fan of American Song Books CD's. When I knew he was doing a Christmas album I was mortified. I reluctantly bought it to keep my collection complete. What a great surprise it really is good. Rod does his own take on the Christmas songs. It is a Christmas album you can play more than once and it will certainly be coming out each year. Well done Rod.
