Takes a few listen, but real Wu fans will begin to love the album. Some quality tracks, best album I've bought for a long time. Too much fake hip-hop these days, this is a throwback.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Not bad- more sleek, slower and cleaner sounding than before

My first listens were unrewarding. I could see no killer hooks or songs and I thought 'maybe the Clan are getting too old for this now' as some of the rapping seemed lacklustre but although there's some duff stuff on here, after a few listens it dawned on me that this is not a bad album at all- people are comparing it to their earlier stuff but Rza should be commended for trying a different production style and not trying to make the same album twice.

'Have Gun Will Go' sums up this perfectly, both the music and the rapping which conjures up vivid pictures, 'Wolves' has a surging groove and 'While My Heart Gently Weeps' sticks in your head with it's poignant feel (this track also features a superb rap from Ghostface)

To clinch the deal you get a raw demo recorded at RZA's house from 1992 and a dvd which although is terrible sound quality when they play live, will be loved by all Wu fans

It's a cliche I know but if you give this your full attention you will be rewarded and I just hope there's another.

The message from the kung fu snippets throughout is empowering also.

Maybe 5 out of the 16 songs featured on the CD are considered Wu status.. Yet the others are a huge dissapointment. The album isn't exactly terrible, but it could be alot better!

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Dissappointing, but an Improvement on 'Iron Flag' and 'The W

This Wu Tang album had tracks ranging from excellent to rubbish. It attempts to Hark back to the 36 Chambers days with grittier beats and the old kung fu samples, but it just doesn't quite manage. The first three tracks are lack lustre and generic. Stand out tracks include Rushing Elephants, The Heat Gently Lives, and (my favourite) Life Changes (an ODB tribute). Also, we are also used to random solo tracks by other artists on Wu Tang albums by now, by the rapper K-Justice, who performs 'Da Coach' is awful. In conclusion, its better than the previous 2 Wu-Tang Albums, but nowhere near the level of 36 Chambers of Wu Tang Forever.

But not great or amazing, ive heared it and got it. RZA's beats absolutely kill every time, method man shines in this album big time. it's not 36 chambers or wu tang forever but it's still good.

Heart Gentley Weeps and Wolves are some of the best tracks on the album.

still worth getting.

R.I.P. ODB! also another reason why the album isn't as hard as the other albums :(
