When I first heard that Hans Zimmer was to be composing the score for the eagerly-anticipated Simpsons Movie, I thought that he would create a dissapointing soundtrack, as I was hoping for Danny Elfman (writer of The Simpsons' theme).

I was, however, pleasantly suprised after seeing the Movie and listening to this soundtrack in full when I arrived Home.
Mr. Zimmer has created a really epic and fun score that is completely different to anything that Alf Clausen (Simpsons' Composer) has ever produced but, at the same time, stays very "Simpsony". It's what The Simpsons Movie score should sound like. Well Done, Sir.
