I preordered this way before it came out, It's amazing.
If you are a first time listener then buy Commit this to Memory and I Am The Movie aswell.

People have been saying it is not as good as previous albums but in actual fact it is, they just use a differnt sound. like in previous albums.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Very entertaining.

This album is really good.

Having not heard any other MSC CD's before, this was a new experience for me, and I didn't regret it.

The music is very catchy and upbeat, though lyrically it is a little disheartening, but if you're not reading into it then the songs are great. You'll be singing lines from each song weeks later after you've heard this.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars A pleasant surprise...

I'd only ever heard a selection of Motion City Soundtrack songs before I bought this album and at first I thought a lot of it sounded quite similar.
Obviously I was wrong to think badly of this album, because the more I listened to it, the more I became addicted to the fresh, catchy tunes.
I instantly purchased their other two albums. I wasn't disappointed with "Commit this to memory" and am eagerly awaiting "I am the movie".
Don't miss out on Motion City Soundtrack like I nearly did!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Brilliant album, a hat-trick for MCS

What a brilliant third album!! I believe there are some excellent songs that will be deemed as MCS classics, like LG FUAD, Feel Like Rain, Everything Is Alright and most of their songs. Brilliant tracks being the released "This time it's for real." and "Broken Heart" and not yet released "Finish What I started"

This is a class album. any fan must buy it!!

Maybe this is one of those albums you really have to over-listen to, however compared to the bands previous efforts, 'Even it Kills me' falls short by a long way. Lyrically, it's pretty sound touching the usual love lost, heart break themes and stick to this. However the melodies offer nothing new; infact they are in danger of each track sounding the same. Overall, it's worth a listen if you own the previous albums, but if you're a new listener, opt for 'I am the Movie'. Disappointing!

Motion City Soundtracks 3rd Studio Album offering.
The first instant hit "I Am The Movie" saw complex words thrown together with indie guitar riff and pop synth parts, to create some moments of sheer greatness.
The seconds helping "Commit This To Memory" saw a more pop-punk approach to the album, but with equal or even slightly better results that first time around.

So third time what can we expect, since i've seen multipul of the new songs getting played live, and have alot of them all ready, I say it will be a PopPunk album of the new Generation.
Motion City Soundtrack have only gotten better with age and building fame, this album is no diffrent.
The songs are just as funny with a melodramatic twist, and the instruments are played with as much force as Luke Skywalker possesed.

So is this album worth buy/ pre-ordering?
COURSE!
It will be an album you will keep with you in the car for the rest of your days.
It will be an album your kids steal off you to listen to.
It will be an album you will love from start to end...over and over again.

With such amazing singles off the album as; "Broken Heart" and "This is for Real" I would bet on this album being the best album of all time.

So I hope you will bust a move, to some new infections melodies and the worlds catchiest chorus's and just enjoy "Even it It Kills Me"
