Once: Original Soundtrack

Have just ordered the soundtrack having watched this film today. What everybody else has said is true, it is a fab film... really moving. The music fantastic and authentic. I only wish the end of the film had been different, I won't say what in case it spoils it for anybody else...!

Never heard of the film, only seen it by accident on sky then seen it again and again, wanted to hear all the songs in full length so bought the album and the only thing i can say is STUNNING!
A must buy.

This is another example of a film and soundtrack being totally on the same page, the got it just right here, it deserves all the credit it's got and much much more. If you're anything like me you'll play it to death!

LOVE THIS MUSIC - I want a sequel just for the songs!

This album is Great, Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova are both magnificent singers and complement each other brilliantly. The film is good and the songs are great. The songs are sung emotionally and feel very raw. It's great to see so much emotion be put into the songs and it really makes the songs a lot more likable.

I recommend this album to anyone. Watch the film and buy the album they're great.

Just makes you wish you could play and sing like them.You get a good feeling watching this film.If you want to watch a brilliant film and be moved,look no further!!

Once, one of the best films of last year, is almost narated by these songs. Within this context the songs are pure perfection. Studio recorded and on a CD, they are less effective. Although, some of the tracks stand alone really well (for example the stunning 'Lies' and slightly haunting 'The Hill') some are not quite as good as I remember them from watching the film. However, I think this if often true of soundtracks, so if you've seen the film, buy this, you'll enjoy it. If you haven't seen the film, WATCH IT NOW, and then buy this anyway!!

If you enjoyed the movie & the music in the movie, then buy this asap. It doesn't even fell like your listening to a soundtrack (I'm not a big fan of soundtracks) when u put it on. It just seems like a folk cd. It's fantastic.

I went to go watch this at the odeon on a director's chair and loved it. So I decided to buy the soundtrack and when i got it I played it straight away. When it finished, I just pressed play again because of the one simple fact that it is BRILLIANT!

What a fantastic film this is. Simple but enchanting. A real true to life love story. The soundtrack is great also. I looked up and ordered the cd as soon as the film had ended. Can't wait for it to drop through my door.

this is an amazing film, so simple and yet it portrays life so well. the music is fantastic and so i had to simply buy the soundtrack, which will be listened to constantly!
