When St Elsewhere came out, it took me a couple of listens to get into it (and over just wanting to listen to Crazy) - luckily a 7hr flight to New York helped with that :) I was really excited when The Odd Couple was released and must admit I was a little disappointed when I initally listended to it. However, rememebering the same thing with St Elsewhere I gave it a few more spins on the turntable (so to speak) and am so glad I did. Run is obviously a top track but the others are fantastic too - my tip, stick the album in the car, go for a really long drive and you'll return appreciating the depth and veriation of the Odd Couple. Can't wait for album #3 now!! :)

I am a massive Gnarls Barkley fan, but this album is missing something that St. Elsewhere had. Love the new track Run. Gonna Save My Soul is excellent aswell, but as the album goes on, I sort of lose interest. Maybe this album is a grower & I just need to give it time. One thing is certain tho, Gnarls Barkley are one of the most original acts of the decade & sheer brilliance.

At the first few listens of this album i thought of it to be nothing special but after the 3rd listen i became addicted! I'm willing to say that even though it may seem impossible ....it could b a better album than st.elsewhere.
Top songs are Charity Case, Run, Open Book & of course Blind Mary!! Buy this album & yu wont regret it!
