I'd been a fan of Celine after I bought her album "Falling Into You" on the spur of the moment and when I heard she had a new album coming out I had to have it.

Celine opts for a rockier image which really works but of course there's still the signature ballads we all love her for.

My favourite tracks are: Taking Chances, Shadow Of Love, Eyes On Me, This Time, Surprise Surprise & Fade Away.

A great new album from Celine for any Fan.

Even though it's a slightly new edge in Celine's choice of song, when you listen to it, it's as if she's been singing like this forever. The songs have such depth and feeling from a wonderful artist. From the album photography to the songs, it's such a great way for Celine to return after 5 years in Vegas!

the songs are really great (this is one of celine's best albums ever), but the dvd is not worth buying at all (hence only 4 stars, not the 5 stars the songs would deserve): it's simply a promo of the forthcoming "Live in Las Vegas" dvd. In the descripion of the dvd contents, play.com writes "Vegas show highlights/Making of the show/Day in the life of Celine/Fan appreciation piece", but actually these are NOT 4 featurettes, only simply the content of the sneak preview of the forthcoming dvd! The 4 videos ("Vegas show highlights") of "The Power of Love", "I drove all night", "I surrender" and "I wish", will be actually included in the forthcoming dvd, so when the cd sleeve reads "four EXCLUSIVE songs" it's actually lying because the same songs will be found somewhere else. What I mean is that you should definitively buy the cd, but skip the so called "deluxe edition" and buy the forthcoming dvd of the Las Vegas show instead!
