I must agree with whats already been said, this is an unbelievable price, i've had all 3 albums since their original release so i can't benefit from this but to anyone who wants 3 classic albums which showcases the diversity of AIC buy this now you crazy maniacs!! Jar of Flies used to be my Sunday Morning chill out album after a weekend of sex, drugs and sausage rolls.
Dirt is a very dark album but still a masterpiece, Facelift is just class.
I'm still listening to all 3 of these on a regular basis they are a must have for any hard rock fan.
A must buy for grunge fans.

I already had dirt, and parts of Facelift but for the price it was definately worth me purchasing all three albums. First of all the price is stupidly great considering its cheaper to buy all three than one by itself!
Dirt is the grunge classic with very dark and heavy songs that made AIC so popular. Facelift on the other hand is my personal favourite as it is still rather heavy although it really makes use of grunge's blues influences in songs such as 'Put you down' and 'I know something 'bout you'. The first song 'We Die Young' is a powerful opening title which I love.
Jar of Flies is a very mellow album which may only be popular with Die Hard grunge fans but its thrown in anyway and for that price you shouldn't complain!
Classic Early 90's Rock

At 7 quid I had to take the plunge on this. Never bought any AIC stuff before although I had heard some of their tracks before ' I Stay Away' being one of them.
I was more inclined to go with Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots etc. in '92' but having listened to this its pretty good stuff. Jar of Flies stands out as the more melodic set of tracks with Dirt and Facelift providing the dark grunge sound that was personified by Layne Staley. His perpetual drug addiction features heavily in songs like 'Sickman', 'Junkhead' and 'Godsmack'.
Staley succumb to the drugs in 2002, but this set of AIC albums from their best years is a fitting epitaph.
