I Really like chasing pavements and cold shoulder then when i heard hometown glory i was like omg i have to buy this album, those 3 songs are the ones that really stick out to me on the album but there are a few others that i will have on repeat. If you like the singles adele has released so far then this is a must buy. She has an amazing voice!

I took a bit of a gamble and bought this album after hearing "Chasing Pavement" for the 1st time a few months ago. To be honest, it didn't instantky grab me and then when "Cold Shoulder" was released I decided to give it another go. And I am glad I did! The album does not grab you the first few times of listening to it. If you bare with it then you will grow to like it - trust me!

Liked her 1st 2 singles so purchased the album and was utterly disappointed. my mum also liked her songs so i gave the album to her and not even she liked it........ Too samey and winey!!

Adele's debut single "Chasing Pavements" drew me in, so I thought I'd give it a go and purchased her album but am so unsatisfied by how boring it is. I have not picked it up since opening it.

best debut album for a looong time from anyone, adele has a huge career ahead of her!

Realy good album by adele cold shoulder and hometown glory are alot better then chasing pavements even though it is a great song

When I bought this album I thought she was going to be a bit like Kate Nash, but she is not - Adele has her own very unique style, a lot more soul and a bit jazzy at times.
If you have only heard 'chasing pavements', don't judge the album on that, because i think she has a lot better songs on there like, cold shoulder, Tired and Right as Rain.
You can play this album anywhere and everywhere! Five Stars definately :-)

Sorry folks but this album is simply dull and lifeless. I'm glad I was able to listen to tracks in my local record shop beforehand otherwise I would have simply wasted my money.

When I brought this album a few months ago I thought 'for the price, I may as well give it a go'. The first time I listened to it I wasn't really 'listening' if you know what I mean. The second time I listened properly all the way through and in my opinion, chasing pavements is one of the worst songs on this album. It's better than I expected it to be although there could have been 1 or 2 more upbeat tunes on it but, overall, I think it's definatley 1 to add to the collection
