 Absolutely great

Great album, well worth buying. Jerry's curling out huge and memorable riffs like always and the production sounds amazing.

Only complaint is that there are no standout vocal moments. Hopefully on the next album duvall will come out a bit more and really start singing instead of supporting jerry

Another fantastic addition to the AiC catalogue...

Absolutely stunning album! A little more mellow and less stomping than "Black Gives Way..." there isn't really any Check My Brain moments for example but what you do get is a record full of great songs and the sound embedded in these songs of a band that has triumphed in the face of what would have killed 90% of their peers. The closest album for tone I'd compare it to in their career would be Tripod / self titled. Whilst I agree with other reviews that there aren't any stand out tracks, there's plenty of tracks that demand a re-listen, very much an album to experience as a whole rather than have it on shuffle on an MP3 player, listen rather than just hear and you'll be greatly rewarded.

 Sadly quite dull.

After the amazing return with William and 'Black Gives Way To Blue' my hopes were high when i heard they were doing a follow-up.

Sadly this album is pretty boring and samey. I doubt I'll ever bother re-listening to it, and I'm a hug AiC fan. Sadface.

 Very samey

Not a bad effort from AIC but to me there was very little to distinguish each song from any other and certainly no stand out tracks
