No Covers is the best company and craic i've had in a long time! i love it! went to see the band recently and was entertained way beyond my expectations. the singer introduced the songs and every one has a very interesting story behind it! buy it if you want to smile. look up the reasoning behind the lyrics and it will all make sense.
Barn Dance covers band find electricity - and plug it in!

While previous Hayseed Dixie releases have had their fair share of cover tracks, as well as the odd (!) self-written songs, this is, as the title suggest, and entirely Hayseed Dixie album - not a cover track in sight!
As well as this unique feature (well, for them!), they have also found electricity and a drumkit, as many of the songs have electric guitars and a rock drum backing (not just the fiddle/mandolin/guitar/bass sound we expect) and an almost Football terrace "Oi"-type singalong quality to them!
And if anyone can get away with a song about pigeon droppings, then Hayseed Dixie can!
Not as close to their "traditional" sound as previous releases, but still a mighty fine album nonetheless!
Buy it - you'll love it! And I bet you won't be able to sit/stand still when this is playing!
