All I say is great come back Panic! At The Disco. Their first album was just genuis and this one's definitly not a long way behind. Although I miss the more witty lyrics slightly, there are some fantastic songs on this CD including, obviously, Nine in the Afternoon, but also Do You Know What I'm Seeing and That Green Gentlemen which I hope they release because they would be great hits! I love this unique music genre!

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Just Amazing

It has been a long, long time since someone released an album that you just put on and instantly fell in love with!
From start to finish, this album is a true masterpiece!

Panic! Have matured quite a bit since the manic stylings of their first album...and this new sound and style is just what the music world was missing!

Up-Beat Songs
Chill Out Songs
Romantic Songs

...and above all, wonderful lyrics that fit the beautiful music perfectly!

Buy this album!

Easily the best album of the year

completly different to their first album, and so much better

Sounds like the Beatles/XTC

Every song is great, no weak songs

So suprised that it is so good, but it really is brilliant

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Pleasantly Surprised

I'm ashamed to say I bought Pretty. Odd simply because I'd heard the single 'Nine In The Afternoon', and though 'what the hell, the rest of the album can't be too bad'. When I first listened to it I wasn't all too keen, 'cos it's not really my thing, but after listening to it a few time through, I realised I liked pretty much all the tunes on the cd. 'What a pleasant surprise' I thought (inspiring the title ^^) and now I'm actually interested in buying more of their stuff.

Customer rating: 2 out of 5 stars A LETDOWN!

I was really looking forward to this album, after i loved the 1st one so much. I have no problems with bands changing there sound a little but Panic have changed into something completely boring.

Its a shame and i give the review an extra star because 'Nine in the Afternoon' is a GREAT single.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Different but just as good.

This is a completely different style of music compared to their last album and some people will love and some will not. I think it is a nice change the songs have a very cheerful sound and a nice change from what other music is around. I believe it is a god buy and if you really do like Panic then you will like it.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Good, but different.

I enjoy a lot of different types of music, and personally i liked the majoirty of this album.

Not all the songs are fantastic, but its very rare that an asrtist can make an album of 10/10 songs. If your a massive fan of the first album and all you enjoy is that type of music, then don't buy this.

For everyone else give it a go!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Some people have said Beatles.

Nope, Jellyfish. Even the video for "Nine in the afternoon" projects a similar image. However..... as there will be no more Jellyfish albums & they also spent a lot of time "borrowing" from Beatles, Supertramp, ELO et al, I can say that this will do and is not at all bad. I didn't hear the first album so can't comment on that but this is just my cup of slightly strange tea. If you also like it, check out the two most underated albums in the history of pop; Spilt Milk & Bellybutton by.. you've guessed it, Jellyfish.

Customer rating: 2 out of 5 stars A very poor album

Its a very poor album and compare to a fever... its awful! Most of the song you can barely call songs, and even the proper 3/4 min ones are only average. Short and dull. Not worth buying until you've herd it somewhere first and like it.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Pretty Odd Decision to Buy This

I have been looking forward to this album ever since the release of their last but it is nothing short of lacklustre.

I expected Panic to hit new heights with songs from this album but I don't know how they'll do it as the songs are repetitive and become tedious after a while.

The only decent song is Nine In The Afternoon so save your money and download that for 79p instead!
