I have heard some of the tracks on here they are ridiculously great... my cuz knows Lil Waynes tour manager and he just got back from America wid a sample cd of the album, people don't ever be in doubt when it comes to Lil Weezy, he always delivers the best and nothing less x

I received exclusive snippets of all the tracks as i have connections in some artist camps like lil wayne (cash money), the game (geffen) and others. The stand out tracks are "Mr. Carter" which features Jay-Z, "Aint Got Nothin On Me" with Fabolous & Juelz Santana, "A Millie", "Lollipop" (although I dont like the song), and "3 Peat". Appart from them there are alot of dissapointments like "La La" with Brisco & Busta Rhymes which is produced by David Banner, has not real feel in the beat and his a real annoying chorus using a chopped a screwed voice.

My recommendation is if you are a fan of Weezy then you will probably like this album, or you may be dissapointed, but for others I personally think it is totally overhyped and his mixtapes, leaks and features have really damaged his material.

thats how you let the beat build...

Carter iii is pure class, the best tracks are dr. Carter, 3 peat, mr. Carter and shoot me down. But literally every song is at least good, most being quality! Good production from kanye, cool & dre, david banner, t-pain etc.
In my opinion easily the best out of tha carter trilogy. Obviously if u like weezy in the slightest, u need this album! Even if you havn't listened to him much but enjoy hip-hop/rap, this album will satisfy!
Gunna be in me cd player all summer you knooo!
