Not as good as their first too many dull songs, the last album was all great. Some good 1's the best being Steve McQueen. It's not too bad but i prefer the first

Strong second album with the best song being Bad Guy. 'You were born to be the bad guy, make the villian look good and to be dispised!' Would be a good song choice for the new 'Bond' movie I say.

I was not a fan of The Automatic based on their debut, but this album is a huge step in the right direction. As a huge yourcodenameis:milo fan, i'd put a good chunk of this albums positive points down to Paul Mullen and what he brings to a musical project like this. Songwriting, vocals, guitar and synth, the guy has it all. Looking forward to seeing their success as they develop into an indie band without the usual monotoneous overtones. Good luck guys.
