 Big fan but....

I am a massive FFAF fan but I am struggling to keep this album in my car cd player due to other albums like Death Magnetic & now AC/DC's Black Ice. Its just not keeping me interested and I am not sure its as good as any of their previous albums. Maybe I have reviewed too soon, not sure.

 A Better Effort

Definitely a whole lot better than the last album, but not as good as casually dressed. It has that trademark Longwave Studios sound which is shaping the sound of South Wales (Blackout, Kids in Glass Houses). I wouldn't be too surprised if the Prophets record something there at some point.

Memory and Humanity is step back in the right direction and hopefully the band will completely deny that Tales Tell Themselves ever existed. Just like Superman 3.

welcome back guys we missed you.

Ok so this aint as good as cdadic or hours but it combines a bit of tdtt and their old stuff. Best ones are kicking and screaming, waterfront danceclub, wolves and constant illuminations. This album does contain screaming for those who miss the old days. Brilliant listen, and i cant wait 4 your history is mine:2002-2009(their best of) i so want to hear the 4 new songs hopefully theyll be great and the one called wrench sounds like it might be a heavy one so bring in september 28th!!!!!!!!!!!

 One of their Best Albums!

This album is amazing! I agree with most that it doesnt meet the standards of Casually Dressed & Deep In Coversation, but it certainly comes close. The second best album ever!! Check out 'To Die Like Mouchette', 'Ghosts' and 'Beneath The Burning Tree'! All insane songs with a killer guitar riff and chord progression. Well in FFAF!!

 THIS ALBUM IS MEGA!!

Another insane album by funeral for a friend. Most of the songs on this album grow intensely addictive! Brilliant vocals to match the awesome beats! Had this in my car for weeks!!
My favourites are; to die like mouchette, kicking and screaming, constant illuminations, maybe i am, beneath the burning tree and someday the fire.
