tbh, metal core and anything scenish in any way makes my hands ache for something sharp to hold. so yes i would consider myself pretty damn tr00 :P blessed by a broken heart are the opposite. the ultimate party metal band started up for nothign other than the hell of it. and this is what makes the band so enthralling. the fact that they can take themselves seriously (and the yreally do) amongst the sea of bland metalcore dribble that populates the metal market as of the moment deserves utmost respect. If you need a soundtrack to the most brutal metal party, this is the one. If you are a grizzly death/thrash vet liek myself and need a guilty secret, this is the one. In the words of the brave lads "we got rock we don't need your money"

 Screamo, Glam Rock And Cheeeeese!

It has been a loooooong time since I have listened to an album and actually grinned all the way through it. Blessed By A Broken Heart are the definition of feel-good rock.
Mixing a Motley Crue-esque image with music that, if toned down on the guitar and amped up on the keyboards, roughly resembles cheesy, 80s disco pop and lyrics that are shrieked, screamed and, occasionally, sung over the top they just have IT.
One of the best bands to come around this year, here's hoping they have a long and prosperous career!

Show me what you got ;D

Bloody brilliant second album from the Canadain lads at BBABH!
Amazing over the top glam metal fused with the hardest of breakdowns as heard in typical metalcore, beautiful guitar solo's played by the awesome Shred Sean. Eleven tracks of pure awesome!
I would also HIGHLY recommend seeing these live!
I did last December and oh my god, what a show! I also got to meet the band at the end and they signed my CD inlay.
Great fellas too :)
