I have all the Dandys albums. They vary in content and style as any true Dandy fan would know. This album is different to them. It is, if anything, more erm, trancy? even dancy? Definitely still the Dandys with their wicked lyrics and funky style. It either has you drifting away in your own world (or is it theirs?) or up on your feet getting on down with your bad self. We saw them again a month or so ago, they played some of this album, which we hadn't heard then, and it was fantastic to dance to then. Particularly love ballard and valerie, but as you know, tracks grow on you with time. We met them and chatted at length afterwards and can report that they are as down to earth and as cool as their music. Buy this album, you won't regret it. Buy them all, the best music you will listen to all summer.....Spread the word...............oh, it only has 4 stars as I haven't heard it enough yet, probably go up to 5 soon, and some of their other albums are certainly a 5.
