There seems to be a consensus will all Foo's fans that this album is a missed opportunity. There was no doubt that as a massive fan of their work I was always going to buy this album and there are obvious absences which for me are "For all the Cows", "Resolve", DOA and "Cold day in the Sun" amongst others. I get the impression that fans were expecting some of that Grohl genius and that there would be something different to this Greatest Hits album that sets it apart from other bands' efforts. Im sure there is more new stuff to come and at least we have a single disc in the car with most of the favourite tracks on to keep us going

I've never really classed myself as a Foo Fighters fan but I've liked a fair number of their tracks. When I came online and saw this album I thought it was great value and worth a look. I'm glad I did as it's very good and while there were still a couple of tracks I didn't recognise it's well worth a purchase.

i think that foo fighters are one of the best bands of all time and most of the hits on this album are amazing. sadly their are only 13 of their greatest hits and its a shame because they have at least 5 more great songs that could have made it onto this album.

Add For All The Cows, Hey! Johnny Park, I'll Stick Around, Generator and Gimme Stitches to that list.
