From the very first track you have the CD running through your head like a waterfall. I personally listen to this and can easily fall asleep. I dont just listen to it when i want to dance but his music is just easy listening so to anyone that hasn't heard of him, go for this album first and work your way up to the more dance focussed albums that he has mixed together.
