This is a cracking metal album without question! Some truly excellent guitar solos and varied singing (ie some shouting and some actual singing). Much, much better than their new album Scream Aim Fire!

This album is brilliant, however chances are if you are unfortunate enough to only be discovering this band now like the reviewer hrg1966. You have missed this band at their peak, this album had heart and passion. The new album "scream, aim, fire" sounds like a record label went and found four men who could play the appropriate instruments, played them examples of metal and told them to create a painful, generic, watered down version of it.
BUY THIS ALBUM, or their ep (best time i ever saw them) if you want to see what the real Bullet were like, then you could buy the new album to see what a major label does to a band.
R.I.P Bullet for my Valentine
Amazing album!

This is without a doubt the best album i have ever purchased. It really got me into metal, not too heavy, yet not too soft.
This album has such good songs, they can be heavy, but at the same time melodic. Matt Tucks voice is brilliant on this album, a great singing voice and a powerful growl. The riffs are all memorable, and the solo's are great.
tracks to notice are four words to choke upon, suffocating under words of sorrow, and the poison. This album is a must have if you're into melodic metal!
