Never heard anything like it before!! The sound of wood pigeons, even rolf harris has a little sing-a-long!
Excellent as an ambient back ground sound and also at high volume as the music is fantastic. Well done kate.

Top 100 Music Reviewer

love her or hate her that is the question. Well this album as with all her albums are only going to appeal to her fans and will do little to convert anyone else. The thing with kate Bush is an ability to be so orginal and the fact that no other artist would make music like this. CD two for me is my favorite a trip throw a summers day from dawn to a dusk it is fantastic, most notable is the last rack Areial. the first disc has its high spots as well, with King of the mountain, how to be invisable just to mention two. I have to say as a fan i was not dissapointed at all her best since the hounds of love. I just hope I don't have to wait another 12 years for a follow up.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Not brilliant. not bad, but the bar is so high.

I bought it, I hated it. I persevered and now I like (not love) the second side. I'm a big fan. I've loved her since the beginning, so I get Kate. I have expectations the same as all her fans. But now the dust has settled on this one, it's not her best. The production is amazing, the songs are of Kates usual wierd and wonderful imagination, but some of it is a bit cringeworthy.

I hope it doesn't take another 12 years. I couldn't live with the disappointment again.
