Tinchy Stryder is back after the release of his first album in 2007 entitled "Star in the Hood", "Catch 22" is his first official album, hence my review title, meaning "Catch 22" is his major label debut album, but in fact, his second album overall.
I cannot wait for the whole album to be released, four singles have been released from the album so far, these include:
- Stryderman
- Take Me Back (featuring Taio Cruz)
- Number 1 (featuring Dappy from N-Dubz)
- Never Leave You (featuring Amelle from Sugababes)
If those songs are anything to go by, then this album is going to be amazing. With Tinchy Stryder's amazing vocals and producer Fraser T. Smith's immense beats this album is sure to be a huge success.
As mentioned above, production looks set to mainly come from Fraser T. Smith, as well as other producers, we will have to wait and see.
Guests on the album include Taio Cruz, N-Dubz, Amelle Berrabah, Tanya Lacey, Ruff Sqwad and also newcomer, Chipmunk.
Also available is the "Catch 22: Deluxe 2 Disc Edition" which is the standard album with a bonus disc featuring new tracks such as b-sides like Stuck on My Mind, It's a Problem, Story Unfold, the massive club banger Rollin' featuring Roache, and remixes of Stryderman, Take Me Back and Never Leave You, as well as guests like Wiley, Sway, Bashy and Double S.
Anyway both the 1 and 2 disc editions are available from Play.com, I pre-ordered the 2 disc version and I cannot wait. So either way you do it, make sure you get your copy of Catch 22 from Play.com as soon as possible.
You'll thank me for my good advice in the end.
