Seems like a pretty good mix but i wasnt too sure at the time of purchase if it was a mix or not. Gutted that its not 36 single tracks!
I've been a close follower of this guys music for around 2 years now and it's about time a compilation album like this came out! It's fantastic!
CD1 is filled with electro bassline influenced tunes along with that increasingly popular 'fidget house' sound with big tracks and remixes from Josh Harvey and all his aliases (Action Man, The Count of Monte Cristal, Herve, Machines Don't Care etc) amongst others. It's an excellent high-energy filled mix that needs to be played from start to end with no track skips as the previous reviewer rightfully mentioned!
CD2 is a much darker and more experimental exercise which may not appeal to as many people as CD1 might. It's filled with grimy dub-step and breakbeat tracks from well known artists who are pushing that scene onwards. I quite liked this as well but CD1 is by far the best!
If you like Herve's sound or Electro House and Dub-step music then this CD must not be missed!
Quality CD for fans of this type of music. Herve is going to be big in 09. It's one of those, you dont skip the tracks, including the anthem for me in Ibiza last year. Herve's mix of 'Kidda - Under The Sun' Get On It!
