Eyes Open

great album, is by far one of my most favourite albums of all time.

...Initially I wasn't that impressed. It was good, yes. Was it Brilliant? No. However I will eat my words because the more I listened to it the more brilliant it became. So is it a brilliant album? Yes it is. In fact it's better, it's practically a masterpiece of an album.

Key tracks: Hands Open, Chasing Cars, It's Beginning To Get To Me, Make This Go On Forever, Open Your Eyes.

This is probably one of the best pop albums the last 10 years. I never get tired of the beautiful and majestic tunes on this record. The first time i played it i was a little bit disappointed but it got stronger for every listening. A great band and a masterpice of a record that everyone should have!

My god, just after hearing final straw, u think, how much beta can they get? And then u hear eyes open, and then u think that its the best album ever, and it is, evry song is amazing, there was a reason it reached number 1 in the charts, so buy it!!

Snow Patrol are great and i love their style. This album definitely has some of their best songs such as "Chasing Cars", "Open Your Eyes", "Shut Your Eyes". Worth buying if you like them.

This album is Snow Patrols FOURTH album. the first two of which i have arent anything special but def worth a listen if you love these guys. I didnt think they could possibly match 'Final Straw' as its an amazin album but they have done just that. it is absolutly fantastic! when i got it i couldnt stop listening to it, especially chasing cars which still hasnt started to annoy me. i can honestly say that chasing cars is quite possibly my fave song of all time, it covers me in goosbumps -its that good! you should def buy this album!! :)

Fantastic. The songs send shivers down my spine. I am not an expert in music, but if I like the lyrics (this is my main criteria for liking a song) and I like the tune, then it is definately a hit with me. I cannot stop to listen to this album, and for me the best songs are "You could be Happy", "Make this go on forever" and "set the fire to the third bar". If you heard and liked "chasing cars" (probably the most famous song from this album), this one comes in a close 4th in my rating, so this is a testamant of the quality of the rest of the album. The only song that really doesn't light my fire is "Headlights on a Dark Road", but maybe this is because it follows directly after my 3 varourite tunes. If you only buy one CD this year, make sure it is this one, you will not be disappointed.
