this album is by far theyre best which is hard to do as "Alive or Jst Breathing" was amazing every song on this album just drillis into your head so you remember everything. the stand out tracks have to Be

"Take This Oath"
"Rose of Sharyn"
"The End of Heartache"
"Breath Life"

but every song is a master peice.

Howard jones Vocals are just better than anyone in the Genre.
Joel and Adam are quite literally some of the best Guitarists in Metal.
Mike is great on bass which fits perfectaly with Justin's simple yet pummiling drums.

Just Buy this Album you dont get much better.

Featuring scattershot drumming that feels like bullets penetrating your skull, guitars that could demolish buildings and a frontman who could lacerate your skin with his roar Killswitch Engage mean business. 'A Bid Farewell' opens proceedings in a blaze of intensity and bursts of rigorous melody that threatens to tear the innards from your stereo. 'When Darkness Falls' (last heard on the 'Freddy Vs Jason' soundtrack) and 'Rose Of Sharyn' quickly follow in waves of unbridled heaviness before the gentle interlude of 'Inhale' takes you on a gentle journey of quiet security. The peace doesn't last for long as 'Breathe Life' screams from the speakers followed by the awesome 'World Ablaze' and the gargantuan 'Wasted Sacrifice'.

Killswitch Engage have done it once more. Another mind-blowingly stunning album. The hit singles; "When darkness falls", "The rose of Sharyn" and "The ENd of Heartache" will be forever remember as true classics in their own time.

In my opinion this has to be one of Killswitch Engages best albums with good tracks all of the way through and no filler in sight. The track 'The end of heartache' is from the hit film Resident Evil and really helps to show off the amazing voals of lead singer Howard Jones, who's ability is one of the best in the business. My favourite track has to be 'Rose of Sharyn' which I still listen to as it has some of the best lyrics I've ever heard. Basically this album is one that all metal fans should have in their collection.
