Indeed, but they touted themselves around Mancs to get famous, and a few of them live(d) there. Excellent album nonetheless.

Contrary to the previous review Elbow are not from Essex but from the environs of sunny Manchester, continuing the long line of innovative and unforgettable music to come out of the region. Aside from that it's a great and original album that's well worth buying and cherishing if you fancy something more gripping than the usual Radio 1 playlist types.
