Twice Born Men (Digipack)

I bought this album on a whim. Lucky me. I think it is the best album released this year. A cross between Elbow and Radiohead in my opinion but with a real originality (if that makes sense) refreshing and absorbing - needs to be listened to a few times and you will love it.

This is a totally amazing album... but you have to listen to it to know why. Unexpected harmonies and instruments mix together for one of the most beautiful and precious albums of the year. Don't miss it, really!

The second album from this brilliant band. The music is a brilliant blending of both instruments, ethereal effects and the haunting voice of the lead singer. Brilliant musicianship from all 3 of these fine performers. A must hear album, that will surely elevate this band into the stratosphere of contemporary music. Highly recommended.

It's hard to start explaining why this is such an amazing record..because there's so much to it.

Maybe my favourite lyric is a starting point..."i'll have toothpicks for oars."

The whole thing is full of gorgeous imagery and once you hear them, just the loveliest melodies.
