After buying every other Dream Theater album, I was always thinking about album number 10.
After hearing A Nightmare to Remember and A Rite of Passage, this album is without a doubt is going to be their strongest and balanced album since Scenes from a memory!
Die hard fans: Watch this space: With the extra artwork, audio stems, the 3CD limited edition and a chance to win a ticket to meet the band in person, I didn't have a choice but to buy this version!

This is definately one of Dream Theater's best albums ever. The only other album that may contest it is Scenes from a Memory. I fully advise everybody to buy this album. I was disappointed not to find a Silver ticket in my box, but it was well worth the money.. The riffs are great, the vocals excelent, the bass lines superb.. the solos, oh my god!!! And I can't forget to give a mention to the lyrical genious of the band.. BUY THIS ALBUM!!!
Dream Theater have returned, with probably their most balanced album since Images And Words. It has it's heavy moments (Notably 'A Nightmare To Remember'), it has the commerical tunes (Rite Of Passage, Wither), and it has some truly progressive genius on there too (Shattered Fortress, Best Of Times), but I have to say, The Count Of Tuscany is possibly the best song that DT have written since ever, it's just mind blowing how they keep evolving with every record, and im glad that they didnt get even heavier, but instead they just went full circle really, whilst keeping a few snippets of the last album, bloody amazing album.
Dream Theater are my favourite band. They are the definitive progressive metal band. Period. And I bought this boxset and happened to get one of the 100 silver tickets to meet the band. The album is fantastic and this boxset is presented extremely well. If you haven't heard Dream Theater then buy this album and prepare to be amazed!
It's very good album. Very good the box set too. The isolated tracks in DVD-ROM gives opportunities to remix the album with many ways that I want.The only problem is that i received the box set after the Group's concert in Prague.I listen the songs at the concert. I was there.
