After hearing Kings And Queens, I bought 30STM's new album on it's release date. I can say, without a doubt, if you like 30STM's previous music and you liked Kings And Queens, you are sure to love this album. It's rare I find an album I don't want to skip a track on and I can't pick a favourite song on, either, but this is one of those CDs. The lyrics are fantastic, the gang vocals are powerful, Leto's voice is, as always, brilliant - I could go on forever. In short, the only word I can summarise this album with is 'outstanding'. If this doesn't win an award at some point, I'll be shocked.
Buy it - you won't regret doing so.

It's not often nowadays that Music can make you feel alive. This Is War is one of those albums you just can't get enough of. From Start to finish I did not want this album to end. Leto's voice is as powerful and strong as ever, along with the lyrics, and a more experimental instrumentation than the band's previous work. Each song is just as good as the others and It's difficult to pick out a favourite track. When Bands are able to acheive this, they deserve 5 stars.

30Seconds to Mars must now be establishing themselves as one of the worlds best new rock bands, I say new though they have been around a while now, with three great albums you know what i mean surely. This is war is doubtlessly the best of the three, and it seems to me that the band exceeds each previous album with the next.
