 a must have album

Ed Sheeran is hard to pin down, he drifts through genres with ease. I can only imagine how eclectic his record collection and influences are. Having bought tracks before (Wayfaring Stranger, A Team, You Need Me, etc) while impatiently waiting for the album my expectations were high. He has not disappointed me at all - a breathtaking album. If you've heard any of his previous releases, seen him on tv or heard him on the Radio (especially radio 6) then you'll be getting this album already -- if you haven't then google him, listen to the words, watch the videos, hear the interviews and then buy possibly the best album so far this year.

 Breathtaking!

As a follower of Ed for many years its great to see hes finally broke through into the big time. I always said he would be big and now hes massive. According to radio one last week plus is the 8th biggest selling album of the year. That alone is impressive considering its only been released in the last quarter of 2011. Ed is a talented musician he can drift in an out of genres with ease his collaborations are always powerful and his lyrics meaningful. You can sit with this album and not have to change track. From start to finish its a masterpiece. I would point out my favorite tracks but I would have to say the entire album. Buy it now you wont regret it.

 Don't believe the hype

Hits are good. But the rest are really a bit pathetic. fair cop this is a decent CD from a totally independant artist, which is refreshing, but at times it shows. Some catchy songs, some poor ones, by no means a great album

 Relaxing.

Definately not an album for playing in the shower but it's perfect for if you want to take a night drive somewhere or listen to in bed.
