I bought this album many many years ago when it was released and basically listened to it none stop the summer it came out. The odd thing is I wouldn't normally listen to this sort of music, I am not a massive fan of synth and strings (more into my metal) but EVERY note on this album could and should be considered a classic. This is the perfect album for chilling on a Sunday afternoon when you have had too much the night before or (as i am now) listening to after a long day at work to rind down to and whether you like or not you don't seem to be able to not hum/sing along to the songs.
One thing I will say is despite the age of the album now over 7 years old I was surprised when I heard "harder, better, faster, stronger" on MTV or something and realized it was the Kanye West cover and if you only know who Daft Punk are because of that song you have a lot to look forward to! Go and buy "Human After All" as well, also fantastic.
