Protection.
Released in 1994. Protection is Massive Attacks second album, they were under a bit of pressure to deliver after the amazing debut album 'Blue Lines' (1991) But this album just blew everyone away. It is different from Blue lines, more profesional, deeper and quite a bit darker. A great bassline, especially on Karmakoma, (perfectly sung by Tricky), and Better Things which is sung by Tracy Thorn (from Everything But the Girl) as is the title track Protection.
This was Trickys last colaboration with Massive Attack before he went solo.
This album is a vital part of anybodies CD collection
