This is all I can listen to right now. It's just fantastic. Drop The Phone and Noise Won't Stop are obvious favorites, but they're all amazing. Buy now!!
Excellent Yet Very Repetitive

Really good live saw them at Carling academy in Glasgow only thing is after a few songs they all sound pretty much alike as theres not a huge lots of stuff you can do with a keytar and a set of drums.
Fantastic!

I recently saw these guys at the Klaxon's gig in Manchester. I don't always expect much from a support act, but these guys opened with the strongest set I have seen from a support act in a long time. The tracks on the album are recognisable to the majority of stuff they played live and if you can play this on a decent system, with a bit of volume and bass then you'll get an impression of how awesome these two guys are live. They really rocked live and it takes a lot to impress me. Recommend this to anyone who is looking for something fresh sounding and a little different.
Better Live But Still a Good Album

Saw them live when they supported the klaxons at the glasgow carling acadamy and they were brilliant, really got the crowd jumping. Noise won't stop, drop the phone and astronaut are the best songs on this album the rest are good but not as good. Recommend going to see them live as they have a very different sound which will have you leaping around for an hour or two. Suprised they are not on the futures stage at T in the Park.
A Great Electro-dance album

I saw Shy Child live recently and felt compelled to get as much music of theirs as I could. What is immediately amazing about them as a band, is that there is only two of them. One plays the 'Key-tar' and the other plays the drums. Depite this they sound so full and sonically accomplished.
The stand-out track is definitely 'Noise Won't Stop'. This song has a jerky 'samba-esque' feel to the beat during the verse, before kicking into a shout along riotous chorus.
Shy Child are the best kind of new band; they bring something completely fresh and different to the table of the bands being lazily labelled 'nu-rave' by journalists. They have the beats, melodies, intelligent and often heart-felt lyrics and best of all, they really pull it off on stage as well.
A really worthy debut album.
