...I've been a Morrissey fan for as long as I can remember. I love the guy. But nevertheless this album was not nearly as wondrous as I expected it to be. When it comes to Morrissey the theme seems to be that things gradually get better and better, so what's with this album? Some of the tracks are amazing but some are just mediocre and dull. Now Morrissey settling for mediocracy doesn't seem right to me. Although I enjoyed the album I know he could have done ten million times better so I was a little disappointed by the final outcome.

What an album not one bad track. They are all great and Morrissey still proves to be the GREATEST ARTIST the WORLD has seen. What an absolute genius. I particularly love the track Life is a Pigsty which life is. What a track. Dear God Please Help Me again what a track. Great music and lyrics in all records. 10/10. If you luv Steven (Morrissey) buy it. And for you Morrissey if you see this KEEP GOING. x

With this been the sequel to "You Are The Quarry" I was expecting a much better album than this from Morrissey. For me this album took a really long time to get into and many tracks sound the same as the ones from YATQ, and many tracks aren't really good enough for the album, such as "Dear God Please Help Me", which is such a slow and boring track.
However there are some nice tunes on here the best been "You Have Killed Me", as well as some of the faster paced songs like "I Just Want To See The Boy Happy" and "The Youngest Was The Most Loved", but YATQ is a much, much better album and I find this a slight disappointment from what I was expecting.
