goldfrapps third album is also there most commercial with the duo embracing a 70's glam rock gone disco sound.opener and first single ooh la la is insanely catchy - imagining marc bolan embracing synths and you'll have an idea how great it is a perfect pop song if ever there was one.all the songs are great with just let it take you being the only one i never really liked.time out from the world is a beautiful string laden ballad and sounds like a lost bond theme, number one and ride a white horse are brilliant thumping dance anthems.all in all a fantastic album and one i still play a lot.any fans of electro-pop will love it and if your new to goldfrapp buy this first.their debut album felt mountain is very diffrent, has an ambient, after hours feel and black cherry the 2nd album has a darker electro sound with the brilliant strict machine being the standout track.give them a go.
