This review refers to
The Music.
this album, by all rights should be owned by everyone out there who likes rock music. this is rock you can dance to, mosh to, headbang to, or just sway side to side to.
The Dance is an imperious and exciting slab of fuzzy space rock that threatens to overload your speakers. The People would easily fill any dancefloor in the country and puts so-called 'New Rave' to shame. this is the ultimate rock-dance crossover EVER recorded. even after 5 minutes, you dont want it to end. Getaway is a lamentation on mortality put to driving taut disco rock while Too High and Human are the albums' mellower moments but which still manage to topple skyscrappers with their trandenscending vocals and guitars.
for me, this was THE album of 2002. its an album for both the feet and the soul. truly excellent and worth every penny you pay, whatever the cost.
