This review refers to Lady's Bridge.

Sorry to spoil the friends of Richard Hawley praise party for this album but I find this man to be possibly the most over-rated artist of recent years. I have tried to like him as I am a big fan of moody Scott Walker/Roy Orbison type stuff, but Hawley misses the mark by a long way for me. He is just sooooooo Radio Two!

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Truly fantastic singer/songwriter

This review refers to Lady's Bridge.

Bought this and Cole's Corner about six months ago and have played them back to back for I don't know how long. Have loved every minute of the music and every lyric is a joy. Whenever I feel low or happy I play this music. It gets better and better and better.....

What a genius. Great tracks especially Valentine and The Streets are Ours. Great album for people who are into talented songwriters. Buy it. Well done Richard and keep going.
