This review refers to Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son.

Their seventh studio album is yet another masterpiece. No doubt that the 80's was Maiden's best period of time, producing seven high quality albums, and this one is an awesome finale for this decade. Killer tracks from start to the finish line. A must buy!

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars 20 years on and it's still a masterpiece

I hadn't heard this for years - I bought it when originally released in 1988 and at the time it just slotted into my collection without necessarily standing out. I had a pang of nostalgia recently and downloaded this again and almost to my complete surprise it has certainly stood the test of time. This is an awesome set of tracks that Bruce and co put together and reflecting back now over the years I think it was probably their best; my only regret was that I didn't appreciate it more when I was younger. Seventh Son is everything that is good about and synonymous with Iron Maiden - get it now and re-live their glory days....

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Excellent album altogether

This review refers to Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son.

'Can I Play With Madness?' is this album's famous song. It is, in my opinion, the weakest among such incredible masterpieces as 'The Evil That Men Do' and, my personal favourite Maiden song 'The Clairvoyant'.
