i would say this band are no special talent and follow a long line of indie rock pop.
decent album nothin special, but worth a listen!

     Rubbish.

Easily the worst in a long line of rubbish Indie Bands that use the same recycled riff over and over.

     Wow!

I love this album and can't seem to get enough of it. I bought it on the strength of the single This Is An Emergency and on Q magazines recommendation and I was blown away. The Pigeon Detectives have managed to differentiate themselves from all the other indie pop trash that is around at the moment to create a thoughtful sound at times reminiscent of The Clash. I absolutely adore Keep On Your Dress, its a wonderfully chilling track that will knock your socks off. I've never heard the 1st album but I know I'll be definately looking out for the 3rd! Highly recommended.

     amazing
