Evil Urges (CD version).
This is a diverse and sprawling album, excellently produced and hypnotic from the moment you put it on. Its very daring and combines a millions different influences, from country to funk, soul, face melting guitar solos and everything in between, which makes for a rich listen that takes time to break down to realise what they've actually done here, surely a sign of classic. Even though it's kind of experimental in this way, the album still flows very easily and there are plenty of brillant, catchy choruses. The lead singers voice is also pretty outstanding, going from rich and soulful to exciting falsetto Prince moments. Basically put, you must hear this!
