The law of the land in the kingdom of Silverland decrees that only a male heir can succeed to the throne. When a daughter is born in the royal household, the king tells the people that he has a son and must protect the secret from his followers.

At the age of 12, the doe-eyed loveable princess masquerades as a boy, under the protection of her leprechaun friend, Choppy. Together they gallop through the realm on a white steed confronting masked bandits, the ravenous wolf, sinister Duke Duralman and the wicked Neelon.
