Ok. Well the packaging is great. There's a great little booklet which gives a summary to INXS history at Rockpalast over the years and concludes that the release is in honour and tribute to Michael. I can't imagine a release direct from INXS themselves would be better produced.
The tracklisting is as per the numerous bootlegs versions that have done the rounds since, but the picture quality and sound are both excellent and as per a tv broadcast as if it were today. To see and hear without the degredation of having something that is a copy of a copy of a copy, of a copy of a VHS upgrade to DVD is refreshing. All it lacks is HD picture.
Hearing the sound quality as it was intended makes the tracks come to life even more.
All in all this is a MUST HAVE for any Hutch era INXS fans worldwide.
As for the 6 bonus tracks from the 1984 Rockpalast show, these may have come out on a DVD only a few months ago (1984 In Germany DVD), but on this new DVD the picture and sound quality are (annoyingly :-) ) far, far superior. I am more than a little disappointed with what I got in my 1984 show DVD. If only Eagle Rock could've been responsible for that release too :-(
